We’re 3Gen. That’s 3 as in 1-2-3, and Gen as in Generations.

One of us (Millennial) just graduated college and started a master’s degree; another (Gen Y) recently made a career change from academia to the corporate world; and our third (Baby Boomer) is a seasoned professional with several years’ experience.
